I'm not sure where this guy came from. I don't think I bought him but suspect I swapped something for him with a friend at some point. Still, it seems to have been a good swap looking at Ebay as he appears to be relatively sought after. There is a better painted version of this Limited Edition on Stuff of Legends.
The cistern and pan are glued together but he is a separate figure. He can balance on or off the toilet.
